Are Ortho-confort® products safe for my health and that of those around me?
We ensure the highest quality for each of our products to guarantee your safety and that of your loved ones. They are all tested and approved before being placed on our site. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problem with one of our products. Does Ortho-confort® offer a quality guarantee for all products sold? We promise to respond to your request within 24 hours of your message if one of our products does not suit you or is defective. We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. You benefit from a 1-year warranty.
Order
How do I place an order?
To place an order you must place your products in the basket. To do this, you must, after having found the product(s) you like, click on “add to basket”. You will see the number of items in your basket at the top right of the page at “my basket”.
Then you need to log in to your account, if you have one, or create one. If you don't have an account, click on “create an account” and follow the steps.
Of course, you can log in or create your account before placing the items in your cart.
When your products are placed in your cart, click on “My Cart” and follow the steps.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard issued in France.
Do I need a minimum amount to place an order?
Of course you don't need to reach a minimum amount to place an order.
How can I get an invoice?
You will receive your invoice directly as an attachment to the email confirming the dispatch of your order.
The invoice can also be found, after logging into the website, in the “My orders” section.
How to cancel an order?
To cancel an order, we invite you to contact our ortho-confort customer service:

Is the payment secure?
We guarantee you a 100% secure payment thanks to our banking partner Payplug. Your confidential data is not sent or stored on our servers. Your payment by credit card is made directly through the secure Payplug site.
Additionally, information is protected and encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
What is promo code? How can I use it?
The promotional code allows you to get discounts on an order. Generally, you receive these codes on the email address you provided when you registered.
To use them, you must enter the code before validating the basket and proceeding to payment.
Delivery
How long does it take to ship my product?
Your order will be processed and ready for delivery within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We deliver the products within 7 to 10 working days. You can track your package at any time in the "Track my order" tab.
Return & Exchange
How long do I have before returning my package?
To benefit from a refund, you have 14 days to return a package upon receipt of it at your home. The return costs are your responsibility.
The new item you have chosen will be automatically reserved as soon as you have validated the return. In addition, the new item will be sent as soon as you obtain the one you want to return.
When will I be reimbursed?
After checking the product (new condition, never worn and in its original box), you will be fully reimbursed within 14 days maximum after notifying us of your wish to return the product.
- Paypal: re-crediting the transaction
- Bank card: re-crediting of the transaction (note that interbank delays may delay the actual credit on your account by a few days)
An email will be sent to you as soon as the refund is made.
How much does it cost to return my package?
The return of your package is at your expense. Go to the post office to find out the shipping terms.

How do I change my personal data?
You must go to the “my account” section and click on the account information you wish to modify by clicking on “modify”.
How is my personal data used?
All data you enter during registration is used only by our teams and only for commercial offers. Your data is neither sold nor shared.
Regarding your banking data, these are secured by our banking partner BNP Paribas which ensures their confidentiality.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe, you have 2 options:
- Click on the link at the bottom of your newsletter provided for this purpose. Click on it and you will be automatically unsubscribed.
- Go to your account, click on Newsletter and uncheck the newsletter subscription box. Unsubscription will be automatic.
How do I find my password?
Click on "forgotten password" which is located in the my account section. An email will be automatically sent to you so that you can reset it.
